The ‘Poshan Tracker’ is a mobile-based application rolled out by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India on 1st March 2021 through the National e-Governance Division, Poshan Tracker is an important governance tool.
Poshan Tracker is a mobile-based application for dynamic identification of stunting, wasting, and under-weight prevalence among children and last-mile tracking of nutrition service delivery. Continuing the journey of creating the finest ecosystem for the eradication of malnutrition in India, the program is being invested with data quality indicators, and compatible for scalability. The training was organised by our NGO on 5th of April 2021.There was 50 anganwadi workers was trained about this latest mobile app along collaboration with department of Women and Child Development Department of Zilla Parishad.

PRADHAN MANTRI GRAMIN DIGITAL SAKSHARTA ABHIYAAN

Pradhan mantri gramin digital saksharta abhiyaan is the scheme to make six crore persons in rural areas, across states/uts, digitally literate, reaching to around 40% of rural households by covering one member from every eligible household by 31st march, 2023.

The scheme would empower the citizens in rural areas by training them to operate computer or digital access devices (like tablets, smart phones etc.), send and receive e-mails, browse internet, access government services, search for information, undertake digital payment etc. And hence enable them to use the information technology and related applications especially digital payments to actively participate in the process of nation building. The scheme aims to bridge the digital divide, specifically targeting the rural population including the marginalised sections of society like scheduled castes (sc) / scheduled tribes (st), minorities, below poverty line (bpl), women and differently-abled persons and minorities.

To make a person digitally literate, so that he/she can operate digital devices (like tablets, smart phones etc) send and receive emails & browse internet for information and undertake digital payment etc

Blood Donation Camp on Occasion of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti

The Rajarshi Shahu Bahuuddeshiy Sanstha successfully organized a blood donation camp on 28/04/2022 at Ap- Shengaon, Tal- Bhudargad, Dist- Kolhapur , in collaboration with Primary Health Center Gargoti. The event, held to address the critical shortage of blood in the region, saw an overwhelming response from the community, with a total of 21 units of blood collected. Volunteers and medical staff worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth and safe process for all donors. The collected blood will be used to save the lives of patients in urgent need, including those undergoing surgery, suffering from life-threatening diseases, and victims of accidents. This successful drive highlights the community’s commitment to this noble cause and the vital role of voluntary blood donation in supporting local healthcare systems.

Two Days Dairy Farmer Training for productivity

The  training program for local dairy farmers in Ap- Shengaon, Tal- Bhudargad, Dist- Kolhapur. The initiative, a key part of the NGO’s rural development efforts, focused on enhancing sustainable farming practices and improving milk production quality. Over 50 farmers attended the workshop, where they learned about modern techniques in animal nutrition, disease management, and sanitation. The program also introduced participants to new technologies for milk processing and storage, aiming to reduce spoilage and increase profitability. This training is expected to empower farmers to operate more efficiently, leading to better economic outcomes and a stronger, more resilient agricultural community.

7 Days Food Distribution Government Hospital while Dengue Malaria Disease outbreake

The Rajarshi Shahu Bahuuddeshiy Sanstha recently launched a food distribution initiative at the Primary Health Center Gargoti to provide nutritious meals to patients and their caregivers. This program aims to alleviate the financial and emotional burden on families, ensuring that those in need receive healthy and timely meals. On 29/04/2022 to 06/05/2022, volunteers from the NGO served 34 meals, including a few food items, e.g., Apple, Oranges, Coconut Water, dal, rice, and vegetables, prepared with strict hygiene standards. The hospital administration expressed gratitude for the NGO’s compassionate effort, highlighting its positive impact on patient well-being and recovery. This ongoing partnership underscores the importance of community support in strengthening local healthcare services

Enumeration of 7th Economic Census

The Rajarshi Shahu Bahuuddeshiy Sanstha recently conducted a successful training program for enumerators and supervisors participating in the upcoming Economic Census. The training, held on 21/06/2019 at Mumbai F South ward, aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out the census effectively. Topics covered included the proper use of digital data collection tools, adherence to survey protocols, and effective communication with respondents to ensure accurate data collection. This initiative is a crucial step in ensuring the success of the Economic Census, which will provide vital data for policymaking and economic planning at both the local and national levels.
